I oversee the imaging of laptops and workstations for 84 buildings in Southeast Michigan and 27 manufacturing plants across North America. My team images Windows 10, the MacOS and Linux. I have learned through my classes at Penn State about leadership and working within a team. My database class gave me a better understanding of how Ford stores user data and permissions. I have been able to expand my role with what I have learned with Penn State, making me a more valuable employee. o Prior to my current role, I was the On-boarding Technician within PCR. I was responsible for the delivery of new equipment to newly hired employees. I answered questions and assisted with any issues that may occur during the process. o My initial role with Ford was a Renewal Technician.
