X-treme Care, LLC | Compliance Analyst | IST | ISDEV | My main responsibility is reviewing the needs of financial report requests and implementing technology-based solutions to provide accurate results. One of the ways I do so is by creating simple but scalable ER diagrams. With SQL queries, I create tables and specifications for redundancy to avoid data type mismatches in the Access database. I write VBA scripts to automate importing CSV and excel files into their respective tables with correct specifications. I double-check for data type and import errors by running SQL queries. For example, I compare the row and column counts of each table to their benchmark. After reviewing the tables for accuracy, I analyze the data with SQL queries by using aggregate functions, such as TRANSFORM-PIVOT statements, joining tables, creating calculated fields, and so on. Then, I document the tables and queries to share information with my peers. My other responsibilities include reviewing software updates from HHAeXchange, our SaaS platform, and educating end-users to minimize compliance issues. I also respond to technical requests from employees regarding HHAeXchange user configurations (e.g., role and permissions). |
