Carlisle Construction Materials Pricing Analyst IST ITINT The project I have been assigned and that I am interested in submitting for potential IST 495 approval is creating an interactive KPI dashboard for my current employer. The dashboard is to be automated, interactive, simple to use, and provide the user with a visually pleasing experience. The dashboard will be created in Excel and pull data that will be loaded into various worksheets within. Using visual basic code, the dashboard will provide an interactive experience for the user to be able to toggle between different KPI’s and time period by simply clicking designated buttons within the interface.


The supervisor for this project will be my manager, Eric Anderson, and I will be reporting my progress to him daily. Estimated hours for completion of this project is at minimum 300 hours depending on what obstacles I face along the way, and will include training and implementing for other brands across the company. The project is to begin soon and continue into the fall semester.
