In this position, I assist customers in resolving end user issues with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and or Sybase installations. I was approached by the Director of Support and was asked to be an Incident Manager for a high profile customer as they had recently performed a cloud environment migration and were experiencing a large number of issues. As the Incident Manager, I responded to and helped to coordinate internal support amongst several different teams to get reported issues resolved and application patches deployed to the customer environment. I was required to hold daily meetings with the customer and report end of day progress to Senior Leaders and Internal Stakeholders within Oracle. I ensured that I documented all pertinent information relating to any of the customer's incidents to help identify deviations and create incident knowledge base articles for other support engineers to review.

KM Scrubbing
In this project, along with several engineers in different departments, we reviewed all of the knowledge documents within our archived knowledge base to ensure that any information related to CI/PI was scrubbed and no longer available for view. This helped to ensure that new policy implementation within the organization was met so that no confidential or private information was posted.
