RepairClinic.com is a B2C e-commerce company that sells Appliance, Lawn & Garden and HVAC parts. In order to use our website effectively, a customer uses their product model number and then is presented with a list of applicable part numbers. We also have a small storefront and a large call center. My job, utilizing technology such as SQL, VBA (Access/Excel), and C#, is to:

o Collect the model/part data, either directly from a manufacturer or by scraping it from a website. These scraping tools go through the full SDLC.
o Transform the model/part data into the structure that the RepairClinic database uses.
o I manage our internal data management system that allows non-technical employees across the organization to add, remove, and alter product data in our production database.
