| C4F2 Results | IST | Our main area of focus is the installation and personalization of point of sale systems in restaurants and small-to-medium sized retailers. We have accounts in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland. To this end, I work with business owners to determine their hardware needs and purchase the appropriate equipment, balancing functionality and cost. During installation I work through the various system settings with them to ensure that the operational needs of the business are met, while striving to prevent unauthorized access which could lead to loss of data integrity and theft. As part of the initial physical planning we work with local ISPs, as needed, to prepare for installation. I also perform periodic reviews of each clients settings and item files, work with them to maintain security levels,and provide training. C4F2 also installs and maintains office hardware and consults with its clients regarding their telecom needs, web design, e-commerce, and security and sound systems. In this capacity I work on website design and maintenance as needed, am part of the installation teams deploying new devices, and act as a project coordinator when third party vendors are utilized. We provide guidance on PCI compliance, and other regulatory matters as appropriate. Additionally, I work with each client to develop best-practices tailored to meet their unique needs, and provide on-going support and training. |
