We did not have any sort of reporting so as created a report from scratch utilizing Microsoft Access and Excel to do efficiency based metric reporting at a national level. I had to parse data from three different systems to come together on a unified front for day to day reporting. These systems are a fleet management suite, Oracle OFSC, and a sales results system. I was able to create a system that figures out how many shifts each individually actually worked, how they performed each day and how they are trending week over week. My performance for helping out with national reporting has gotten me exceptional reviews. -I consistently help trouble shooting for employees in the field using teleconferencing software to aid in problems with setting up phones and transferring content for customers. -I helped last year do some work for our national execution team based out of Dallas, TX for about 6 months while they were filling a vacancy. (I was in a position where I couldn’t relocate) -All of my day to day reporting I have coded in VBA and consistently update this as new fields are added to the raw data. I do this for about 7 or 8 reports that are continuously sent out. |
