ILO setup to send email Status: Servers are racked, XCP is installed Go over fire wall policies, what is needed, what can be removed (watchguard) Roll out and train users on how to use last pass (UPCo). All UPCo staff should be utilizing this software/service, currently everyone is not using it. Create reports of equipment from Logmein, Crowdstrike, PCMatic - compare lists - make sure that all security software is installed on them, that there are no issues and so on. (This will be for all clients but we will start with UPCo). We can utilize one to many tasks for this and go over ways to rollout software to multiple computers at the same time. Encryption is enabled where possible (bitlocker), Bitlocker keys stored on LastPass (this will be for all clients but we will start with UPCo) Find solution for camera in conference room, something better than just a laptop camera for conferences/teams meetings Client work: In process: Security Cameras for API - adding new cameras, optimizing streams, settings schedules (there is a dedicated workstation that also has a 4k? tv connected to it for this use as well. Status: TV is mounted, equipment is purchased and needs installed, they have hands on mounting the cameras. ECPA - New WG firewall in main office, configure and deploy (this will be an onsite visit) Day to Day not necessarily projects: Desktop support Go email through alerts - online/offline, drive space alerts, Memory, CPU. Make sure nothing is down, make sure things have returned to normal, make sure backups(unitrends) are working as expected. Address as needed. --- Maybe find a better way to organize alerts so that they don't get lost or forgotten but also so they don't flood our inboxes. There needs to be a balance somehow. Certify in basic certs for WG – this will help familiarize you with the firewalls we deploy and will help with the firewall policies project above. Ship out items when needed Help with BF tickets - organizing and assigning appropriately, maybe assist with billing (getting info to Alicia). Follow up on tickets, check status, complete tickets (might not be able to close) but make a list of what can be closed, what has a billable balance and relay to me/Joe. |
